GlobTek’s new GTM962250P series of 225W medical open-frame power supplies is designed for easiest system integration and stress-free compliance with international regulations. GTM962250P is available in output voltages between 12 and 54V, and comes standard with a 12V fan supply. GTM962250P uses the latest resonant power conversion technologies, allowing an industry leading 14.8W/in3 natural convection rating at 50°C and 85Vac, all while remaining highly cost competitive. GTM962250P is certified to IEC60601-1, IEC60601-1-11, IEC62368-1, and IEC60335-1 to accommodate a wide range of end-applications.

Standalone EMI testing of the power supply was performed with a floating resistive load. System-level EMI performance can vary based on cable routing and overall structure. EMI issues may be alleviated with addition of a ferrite core on the input or output cable harness. Custom cable harnesses with integrated ferrites are available upon request.
